		<description>I have some potimarrons growing in my garden.  I am going to try this recipe when it is ready.  It is getting pretty large, I wonder if I should pick it already or not?  It is not the orange rind, but the green, (I think)....it seems to be turning green slowly.  I also have a nice Rhonde di Nice I believe it is called......</description>
