		<description>I too wonder what eating habits have changed since some consumers of food choose not to eat meat or bad fats which seem to be the basic ingredient to the former French cooking style.  Have the ingredients been modified to fit into the health minded of today.  When I first became a vegetarian I modified my ingredients to traditional recipes. And still do. Keep on this track</description>
