The Tomato Knife

From Culture to Cooking: Discovering Life in France

Recipes by Ingredient

garlicIt’s always more fun to search for recipes by ingredient! Thanks to my organic basket of fruits and veggies, and my frequent trips to the open-air Paris markets, I’m always bringing home a new ingredient that I’m not quite sure what to do with.  If you’re like me, you might find this list handy.

As a general rule, I suggest using good quality ingredients. Sometimes you’ll have to seek them out and pay more for them, but it does make a difference.  Also, I like to use organic, locally produced products whenever possible.  That’s often a sure sign of quality and one way of being kind to the planet.
