It’s always more fun to search for recipes by ingredient! Thanks to my organic basket of fruits and veggies, and my frequent trips to the open-air Paris markets, I’m always bringing home a new ingredient that I’m not quite sure what to do with. If you’re like me, you might find this list handy.
As a general rule, I suggest using good quality ingredients. Sometimes you’ll have to seek them out and pay more for them, but it does make a difference. Also, I like to use organic, locally produced products whenever possible. That’s often a sure sign of quality and one way of being kind to the planet.
